How so?

Admittedly, I don't know what the 'EEI inside story was that prompted the cartoon (I'm at work when "The View" with Arnold and Holley is on), but you're aware that the cartoonist is a black guy, no? It seems that this Scott guy isn't aware of it:

Since when are KKK cartoons humorous? Especially at racially sensitive WEEI which is, as you know, so immersed in BostonÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s black community.
How this remains on an Entercom-owned stationÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s site, is simply beyond me. Humor is one thing. Hatred is quite another.
