Going to go out on a limb here and say whoever programmed the sign is a millennial or younger. This reads a lot like the infamous "Cash me outside, how bout dah?!" that launched Danielle Bregoli aka Bhad Bhabie into the annals of internet fame after her Dr. Phil appearance.
If reading the above has you scratching your head, or bleeding from your ears, I promise it is 100% not worth your time to look it up. Just go back about your lives and tuck that bit away for a trivia night sometime. It's a healthier choice.
