Kidding of course, I see motorists speeding to beat the lights here daily. And don't worry, I also see cyclists breaking the law too.
But I've only ever seen BPD pulling over cyclists here to lecture them on safety and hand out bike lights. Actually, I haven't even seen that happening in a few years.
What does BPD do again?
