Man found dead in a car on Shelby Street in East Boston

Victim identified as Diion Reid, 27, of East Boston.

Boston Police reports officers responding to a 911 call at 7 Shelby St., between Lexington and Princeton streets in East Boston, found a man shot to death in the vehicle, around 12:25 p.m.

Photos from the scene show them placing evidence markers in the street.
