The Huntington News introduces us to Dylan Mitchell, who endlessly bikes around Northeastern's Centennial Common, next to the Ruggles T stop, doing stunts to the sounds of disco and funk blaring out from his bike-mounted speaker.

Although he suspects passersby assume his hobby is performative and that people view him as “that crazy guy with the bike,” he said he has no intention of being seen.

Transit Police report arresting a man they say "fully exposed himself" to a young girl and her mother around 6 p.m. on Saturday. Officers on scene then noticed his exposure before he could zip back up after spotting them, police say. He was charged with open and gross lewdness.

Boy, it sure rained buckets early this morning, huh? In case you managed to sleep through it all, you could still get a feel for just how much rain fell inside Ruggles station, where Handmaid captured some of the many fine barrels the T put in to capture all that water inside the station.

Not everything that goes wrong on the T is the T's fault, it seems. First it was the little duck and today, the T says, it had to shut the Orange Line between Forest Hills and Back Bay after an overhead Amtrak power line unspooled or snapped or something near Ruggles, causing problems for the neighboring subway line. Yeah, about that. The T announced today the Orange Line would be shut between Ruggles and North Station because of the ongoing Government Center Garage demolition, but a Globe reporter got curious and asked why Ruggles and the T acknowledged it was also to do more work to eliminate the slow zones that it had earlier said it would eliminate during the shutdown, except it turns out they didn't.

Transit Police report a man was shot in the lower busway at the Ruggles MBTA station around 6:15 p.m. He was taken to a local hospital in serious condition, but is expected to survive, police say.
